In order to initiate a refund you must notify us using the form on our Contact Us page within 7 days of receipt to begin your request. 

Our Refund Policy

Buyers are responsible for paying return freight costs plus a 40% restocking fee (which will be deducted from your refund amount). Gift card purchases cannot be returned. If item deemed refundable, you can expect funds returned within 30 upon the Foam Party receiving the product.

Condition of Product

To receive a refund, the returned product must arrive at our warehouse in its original condition in the original packaging. By putting the sofa in the original packaging it will help avoid shipping damage.

Damaged or Defective Product

If an item arrives damaged please notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will make arrangements for a replacement or refund as necessary. No re-stocking fees or return shipping charges will apply. Please contact us using the Contact Us page to report damaged or defective items. Please note, we require images of damaged or defective products for records and refunds.
